Weight loss tip that helped my neighbor lose 15lbs

My neighbor, Mark has been trying to lose weight for a year now. He has been going to the gym religiously for months and hadn’t seen the weight come off like it should. I started asking him about his workout and eating habits. Found out he spends most of his gym time on the machines lifting heavy weight. Mark wasn’t really following any structured diet, just watching what he was eating (aka no plan man!).
I finally got him into the studio for a quick 30 minute circuit consisting of burpees, jacks, reverse lunges, push-ups, rows, dips, and sit-ups. For his nutritional coaching, I told him to eat his larger meals during the day. For example, eating a whole grain sandwich or pasta dish for lunch and have soup and salad for dinner. The key is to get most of your calories in at breakfast and lunch.
Mark comes over to the studio every 2 weeks to weigh in on my scale. In one month, he has lost 15lbs and looks awesome! Breaking through his plateau has made him more determined to stick his plan
