Memorial Day Weekend Emergency Fit Plan (open quick!)

Not only is Memorial Day a time for reflection on our Nation’s heroes, its also time for the backyard barbeque and hanging out with friends at the pool and beach…
Are you ready to bare it all in a bikini? Heck for that matter even a pair of shorts? LOL I can see the dread on your face right now
Hey, I know you really want to look good in that swimsuit this weekend, so here are my best emergency tips to tighten up quick!
1. Limit eating gut bubbling foods. Cabbage, greens, beans, brussel sprouts, and broccoli are normally all part of a healthy diet, but should skip to reduce bloat.
2. Don’t chew on this. Skip the gum chewing this weekend because it contains sugar-free alcohols like Sorbitol and Maltitol which could aggravate sensitive stomachs and produce more gas than you need for the grill LOL.
3. Opt for water and ditch the carbonated drinks. That fizzy stuff will swell up your belly keeping you out that bikini.
4. A dash won’t do ya! Limit salty foods to avoid retaining water. Use salt-free seasonings on your grilled favorites.
5. Pack a punch with protein. Protein can act as a natural diuretic and keep you feeling slim and trim. Add some protein to each meal including snacks.
6. Pump your brakes on the booze. I know the beers will be flowing but you need to slow your roll. The more your drink it makes you forgot how much you are eating. Sip on wine or opt for straight-to-the-head liquor (no soda mix).
7. Have a tea party. A good way to get rid of extra water quick is drinking green or dandelion tea. Both are natural diuretics that increase your metabolism and flush out water which makes your belly shrink. Dandelion tea will give you the best results, especially if you start drinking it today!

Hey, if you bust out a few good workouts you could sweat off 5 pounds! Here are my favorite gut busting moves. No excuses, it only takes 5 minutes yo!
- Burpees
- High Knees or Butt Kicks
- Mountain Climbers
- Jumping Jacks
- Plank
*Do all these moves back-to-back for 30 seconds to 1 minute each 3-5 times this weekend.
