Today’s workout video is being brought to you by one of my awesome clients, Angie! We decided (I guess I did) to do 4 tough moves, all back to back for 8 minutes. I will have to say this workout was one of the more challenging ones for Angie because we added a few new toys to the mix

Hey guys,
Today’s workout is short and sweet–just how you like it
This is a traditional Tabata workout where you are ON (working) for 20 seconds and OFF (resting) for 10 seconds. A Tabata is 8 rounds (or sets) back to back without rest–a 4 minute workout! I love Tabatas because they are intense, short, and raise your metabolic rate for up to 72 hours.
