A controversial blogger for Psychology Today, Satoshi Kanazawa, basically thinks black women are not attractive because they are fat & have high levels of testosterone. Get this, he even backs it up with studies and “graphs.” Kanazawa’s article, A Look at the Hard Truths About Human Nature was yanked from the website but not before the folks over at BuzzFeed stole the screen shot of the article. His post mentioned other factors could be causing black women to come up short on the attractiveness scale like intelligence. Really?

On a recent shopping trip, I heard a lady say to her friend “I must be losing some inches because I had to get smaller pants.” This sounds encouraging at first but you really can’t rely on the sizes in clothing to gauge fat loss. Clothing makers are pretty smart. They want to sell as much as possible and they know you’ll buy more if you think you’re smaller. They have been manipulating the sizes for decades as over 66% of Americans are overweight or obese.
