The first part of your workout should consist of 5-10 minutes of warm-up cardio. For the next 5-15 minutes you should spend some time rolling your way to a better workout.

So, I just started using the sandbag in the studio and folks have been sweating more and feeling really challenged. What I like about the sandbag is that it fires up your core with every move and pushes you to the limit. You can fill it with 15-30lbs of sand and it’s easy to remove between moves.
