He has been going to the gym religiously for months and hadn’t seen the weight come off like it should. I started asking him about his workout and eating habits. Found out he spends most of his gym time on the machines lifting heavy weight. Mark wasn’t really following any structured diet, just watching what he was eating (aka no plan man!).
