Kim, I recall Rosetta in much of the same way. She got her inspriration from her mom and grandma, miss Tinnie, as I called her. Even with a child, you surpassed many in our class. While sitting for the Rosetta and Joelle, they were ahead of their time. Rosetta the little professor, had her books in hand and spoke quietly but confidently.  I&#039;m not surprised by either of thief success. I receive het blog each day...I&#039;m so proud to know these girls. Happy birthday...Valerie</description>

		<description>15% body fat may be a bit low for someone who is not competing in a fitness event. Depending on your age, 20-39yo female recommended body fat is 21-33%. If you are in this age range--you are in the normal range. Now of course you can get a leaner within that range, but setting a goal of 15% without having a baseline would not be attainable. Carb cycling is not for everyone. Simple balanced eating and moving is the place to start -- and be consistent!
